Spoons
Lobby level. A complete new, trendy, and contemporary restaurant serving creative and classic cuisine. Exceptional grills with the open grill concept. Succulent seafood and prime US beef, complemented by its own wine cellar. Lunch : Monday- Friday noon to 2.30 pm, Dinner : nightly - 7 pm to 10.30 pm, Sunday Lunch : 12 noon to 2.30 pm (Seating 72).

Spices
Lobby level. 24 hour restaurant, famed for it's magnificent extensive buffets, served a–la minute. (Seating 134).

Curry Leaf
An outdoor garden restaurant set amidst a typical village scenario offering traditional Sri Lankan cuisine served fresh off a buffet and an a la carte menu. Open nightly from 7 pm to midnight. (Seating 80).

Ponte Ristorante
Located by the poolside. Authentic Italian food; homemade pastas and pizzas baked in a woodfired oven. Grilled meats served with typical Italian herbs. Open daily. Lunch: noon to 2.30 pm. Dinner: 6 pm to 11 pm. (Seating 120).

Pool Bar
A cosy bar set in the Italian restaurant overlooking the pool. Serves cocktails and drinks. Open daily from 9 am to 11 pm.

Ginza Hohsen
Lobby level. Japanese Restaurant, which includes three Tatami rooms. Serves authentic Japanese cuisines including teppanyaki, sushi, sashimi, tempura, shabu shabu, sukiyaki, yakitori and other renowned Japanese specialities prepared by Japanese chefs. Open daily from 6 am to 11 pm. (Seating 100).

Emperor's Wok
Lobby level. The legendary Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese and other cuisines from the great cities and regions of China. Open from Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner (Seating 80). One private dining room for 8-10 pax room called the Phoenix Room. Dim Sum all you can eat on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Lava-Karaoke Bar
Located on the ground floor, by the Banquet entrance. One private room and public area, songs in 5 languages. Open nightly from 7 pm to 3 am. (Seating 40).

Echelon Pub
Lobby level. Colonial style pub open daily from 11 am to 2 am. (Seating 87). Pool table, Darts and theme nights. Extensive beverage and snack list.

Thorana Lounge
Lobby level. Overlooking the hotel's landscaped garden and lotus pond. Serves special afternoon tea, snacks and cocktails. Live piano music in the afternoon and live evening entertainment. Open daily from 9 am to 1 am and on Friday & Saturday until 3 am. (Seating 60).

Blue Elephant
The "night pulse" of Colombo, an elegant discotheque, with sophisticated lighting and sound, for late night dancing. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 pm to 4 am. Two happy hours during the night. (Seating 150).
