Hilton Colombo, a 7-1/2 acre complex, comprising 19 floors, a large recreation centre, 384 deluxe guest rooms including a Presidential Suite and three other luxurious suite types, Executive Floors Plus on the 18th and 19th levels and two Executive Floors on the 16th and 17th floors, with two plush lounges serving as a private haven for the high profile executive. Sakura, the Japanese floor on the 14th level offers special amenities, for the Japanese. The 10th and 11th floors are allocated for "non-smoking" guests. .

Type of Accommodations
Executive Floors Plus: Located on the 18th and 19th floors, designed exclusively to cater to travelling executives. 14 suites and 16 deluxe rooms. Expedited check – in/check-out facilities at its reception, 2 lounges, bar, snack service, butler service, complimentary American breakfast, afternoon tea, premium brand pre-dinner drinks, business library with international/local newspapers, trade directories and journals, facsimile machines and safety vaults in each room. Executive Floors
Located on the 16th and 17th floors. Designed for travelling executives. Sakura Floor
Located on the 14th floor known as the "Sakura" caters to the Japanese clientele. Special amenities such as bathrobes, bedroom slippers and Japanese stationery are provided to the guests.

Conference Facilities
Grand Ballroom, Colombo's largest ballroom, located at the ground floor, appropriate for weddings, cocktails, seminars, launches etc. Uniquely designed without the obstruction of pillars and able to accommodate upto 1000 persons. Divisible into two sections. Large foyer, ideal for a back-up facility to the Grand Ballroom for cocktails or displays.
