Adventure
Hayman’s beautiful setting in the Great Barrier Reef presents opportunities to enjoy a range of adventures in the waters lapping the island and journey on private or scheduled tours to nearby beaches and other fabulous Reef locations.

Marine
The Marine Centre operates a fully accredited 5-Star PADI Dive and Snorkel Centre, and offers game and bottom fishing trips and private charters, plus exciting watersport pursuits from the Hayman Beach and into the Reef surrounds.

Dive & Snorkel
The Dive and Snorkel Centre, situated within Hayman's Marine Centre, is a 5-Star PADI-accredited facility. Highly qualified instructors conduct introductory dive courses in a training pool, escorted day and night dives, private charters and snorkel lessons and trips. Hayman's 20-metre vessel, Sun Goddess, caters for a maximum 30 guests on escorted full and half day dive and snorkel trips to the Great Barrier Reef. A journey close to Hayman on the Reef Dancer semi submersible includes coral viewing and snorkelling among spectacular coral and beautiful tropical fish.

Watersports
Catamaran sailing, paddleskiing and windsurfing are provided complimentary from the Hayman Beach during high tide, with lessons available. The Marine Centre also operates waterskiing and inflatable tube rides.

Tours
Hayman has relaxing daily cruises on its fleet of launches, and seaplane and helicopter flights to beach and Reef destinations, including magnificent Whitehaven Beach and Heart Reef, to experience the magical beauty of the natural surrounds. Guests can enjoy champagne and sunset beach drops, motorized dinghies for exploring neighborhood bays and beaches, sunset cruises on The Classic catamaran, bareboat and skippered yacht charters and whale watching trips in season, normally from July to September.

Fishing
The Marine Centre conducts escorted half and full day game and bottom fishing trips plus private charters. The 12.5 metre game fishing boat, Sun Aura, features a spacious deck to allow smooth, quick and easy access to fishing tackle. Charters include hire, equipment, bait and fuel.

The Retreat
The Retreat has highly trained skin care technicians, massage therapists, hairdressers, fitness instructors and wellness consultants. This unique environment offers six individual treatment rooms, one dual treatment room, a spa and steam room, hydrotherapy bath, plunge pool and beauty and hair services.
