The Ashram Boutique, open daily, offers an extensive selection of spiritual
books, cassettes and CDs, clothing for yoga classes, yoga mats, meditation cushions, other yoga-related items, gifts, and spiritual paintings. Certain food supplements, toiletries, notebooks, pens, etc. The Health Hut offers naturals snacks and drinks.

Children Policy:
Families with children are always welcome at the Yoga Retreat. Parents are expected to provide supervision for their children. Older children are invited to participate fully in all ashram events. Children under 12 years old pay half the daily rate. Children under 3 are free of charge.

How to Reach
Take a flight to Nassau International Airport, from there take a taxi to the Mermaid Dock at Bay Street, and then a five-minute boatride to the Ashram.
