Restaurants & Lounges
Four restaurants offer a variety of culinary experiences and choice of dining options. Basiliko is our signature gourmet restaurant, Helios is our fine dining Mediterranean restaurant, Amphora is our all day dining restaurant with themed evening buffets and Pelagos is our Cyprus infused seafood restaurant, overlooking the beach and pools. Each of Anassa's four restaurants - as well as the all-day dining facilities by the pools - offers a choice of local and international dishes.

Amphora: A casual dining room serving sumptuous buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Mediterranean cuisine blends local produce harvested from Anassa's own farm and fresh fish from the nearby fishing village. Guests dining on the open-air terrace can enjoy fantastic views of the Mediterranean.

Helios: Anassa's main dining room offers an imaginative mix of à la carte and table d'hôte menus, spiced with the exotic flavours of contemporary dishes. Helios also has an outdoor terrace with stunning views of the sea.

Basiliko: Reached by a winding staircase, Anassa's signature restaurant has a romantic interior of vaulted ceilings and stone floors as well as an intimate courtyard where guests dine beneath olive trees. Basiliko serves a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Pelagos: Located in the pool area, Anassa's all-day dining facility is the perfect setting for snacks, ice cream, thirst-quenching cocktails and soft drinks in a relaxing atmosphere.

Rotunda Lounge: Embracing the grand, classical staircase beneath Anassa's impressive dome, the Rotunda Lounge has two open, wood-burning stone fireplaces that lend a warm, welcoming touch to the surrounding grandeur. This opulent circular room leads outside to shady terraces and pergolas looking out over magnificent views of the sea. Fresh coffee, afternoon teas, delicious pastries and cakes, as well as cocktails and drinks, are served throughout the day.

Lounge Bars: Adjoining the Rotunda Lounge are the Armonia and Amorosa Bars where wood panelling and open fireplaces crafted by local artisans create a cosy ambience. Fresh ground coffee, a selection of fine teas, pastries and cakes and light refreshments are served throughout the day. To set the mood, live classical and contemporary music is performed most nights.

Meltemi: Anassa's swim-up bar, serving thirst-quenching cocktails and drinks during the day.
