Dining
A big dining hall richly but unostentatiously decorated overlooking the lake through its picture windows. A maximum of 120 persons can be served here. With the start of beautiful days, the terrace takes over and we serve under the trees from May to September. Sophie Bise, inheritor of the Bise, and Gilles Furtin tradition, trained by François, Sophie’s father perpetuate the family gastronomic tradition and proposes on her menu dishes that have placed the stamp of fame on the restaurant. We can propose on request French vegetarian food.

And for pleasant and enjoable breakes, the Auberge organises leiusre activities centred on gastronomy and aenology. An original way to give a personal touch to the siminars.
Situated on the first floor of the main building, the 50 square meters air-conditioned room is fully equipped and opens to a very big terrace overlooking the lake.
The Shop “Boutique”
All the products of the Auberge, Crockery, Glassware of Baccarat crystal ware, embroidered linen, clothes with the logo of the establishment as well as chocolates and all the dishes of the restaurant are available upon request.
During the Christmas and New Year Day holiday, we are open for providing chocolates, foie gras and wines for the parties.
You can also find souvenirs, cook books, fine products, prestigious wine list and artists salt sculptures.
