A wide range of dishes come under 4 main categories: Terre, Mer, Végétal, and Soleil, available in either “dégustation” or “gourmet” size. The guests will appreciate the monthly change of the whole selection and the innovative cuisine of the Chef Gallimard Room & Fireplace Lounge. The salon Gallimard”, named after the famous publishing company in the neighbourhood, is dedicated to private functions up to 10 people.
