La Table du Lancaster by Michel Troisgros: 3 star Michelin Chef charged with creating a new restaurant concept, Michel Troisgros has conceived a menu which is inspired by his extensive travels and focuses on the vivacious, tangy and acidic flavours for which he has become renowned;
Lunch except saturday and sunday. Dinner served daily. Courtyard garden during the Summer. Annual closing from july 23rd to august 22nd 2005.
