Dining - Restaurants
Caprice: Located on the sixth floor, this classic and elegant French restaurant offers the best of contemporary French cuisine and provides one of the finest wine lists in Hong Kong. The classically designed 120-seat restaurant, with sweeping harbour views, is integrated into the kitchen and includes three private dining rooms and a chef’s table.

Lung King Heen
The Chinese restaurant, meaning ‘view of the dragon’, is located on the fourth floor. The 140-seat restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and is set within a modern, stylish environment overlooking views of Kowloon across the bustling Victoria Harbour. Its private dining room seats 12 guests and is the perfect setting for business entertainment or intimate family celebrations.

The Lounge
Adjacent to the lobby, this central meeting place provides the perfect setting for small business and social occasions. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lounge is also the ideal spot for light meals, teas and desserts. Live entertainment is featured from 12 noon to 11:30 p.m.

The Blue Bar
With ultra chic and stylish surroundings, a great wine selection and delectable martinis, the Blue Bar is the place to be. The Blue Bar will also serve breakfast, a light lunch and gourmet snacks throughout the day.

Pool Terrac
The open-air poolside restaurant is accessible only to in-house guests and provides light cuisine and refreshments.

Grand Ballroom
Situated on the second level of the hotel, the spacious and elegant Grand Ballroom is ideal for large engagements, both business and social functions, and includes magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon. With high ceilings and wall-to-wall 8.5 meter high windows, the room measures 38.5 x 19 meters (731 sq. m. / 7,871 sq. ft.) in total. The room is equipped with built-in projection screens, and includes a pre-function area of 250 square metres (2,690 sq. ft.). The room capacity caters up to 1,200 guests for a standing guest reception.

Harbour View Ballroom
The Harbour View Ballroom, located on the fourth floor, lives up to its name with a view of Hong Kong’s famous sky scope framed by wall-to-wall 6.5 metre (21.33 ft) high windows. The room capacity allows up to 500 guests for a standing guest reception, within a space of 36.8 x 12 metres (442 sq. m / 4756 sq. ft.). The Ballroom is the perfect setting for social events, meetings or large scale conferences. The room is divisible into three smaller rooms and features built-in projection screens used for all occasions.

Boardrooms - 1, 2 & 3: These three private and secluded Boardrooms are the perfect setting for intimate social gatherings or small business meetings. Situated on the fifth floor, the Boardrooms provide a range of audiovisual features to include 3M digital wall display, conference call facilities and high speed, wireless Internet services. Snacks and light meals are also available to be served within the meeting space. The 10.5 x 5 meter (52.5 sq. m. / 565 sq. ft.) dimensions of each Boardroom allow up to 24 seated guests.

Victoria - 1, 2, 3, 4: Situated on the 2nd Floor, these three Victoria Harbour facing boardrooms provide the same technological and catering facilities as Boardrooms 1, 2, & 3. Their dimensions measure 10 x 5.5 meters (55 sq. m. / 592 sq. ft), 11 x 6.6 meters (72.6 sq. m. / 781 sq. ft.) and 6 x 6 meters (36 sq. m. /387 sq. ft.).
