The Oberoi Vanyavilas, India's first luxury jungle resort, situated adjacent to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve, is 10 kms from the town of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan. Sawai Madhopur, 180 kms from the Pink City Jaipur, offers visitors a traditional Indian cultural experience with shops and stalls selling local products.
The Oberoi Vanyavilas serves as the perfect base, from where the territory of the majestic tiger, Ranthambhore National Park, can be explored. Tiger sightings are most frequent during the months of May and June. At Ranthambhore, While it is warm during the day, mornings and evenings are pleasant.
The Spa
The Spa at The Oberoi Vanyavilas is set over the lake, past turquoise and lapis blue tiled pools, in a fountained courtyard, and offers steam rooms, showers and private therapy suites. Fitness Tent
The Fitness Tent is located at the Pool level. Guests may use any of the equipment free of charge. It offers an exercycle, rowing machine, steppers and a treadmill.
Swimming Pool
The outdoor swimming pool is heated (open between 7am and 8pm).
Accommodation The Oberoi Vanyavilas offers 25 luxury air conditioned tents with a private walled-garden and an outside deck for sunbathing. A watchtower at Oberoi Vanyavilas affords an excellent view of the adjacent reserve and there are lectures on the regional flora and fauna.
