Forte Village Thaermae
Forte Village Resort has created “Forte Village Thaermae”, an exclusive setting of tropical gardens where guests can treat themselves to a new Thalassotherapy – climate, sun and 6 high saline-density sea water pools and experience the benefits of Sauna, Turkish bath and gym.
As in all Thalassotheraphy centres, the baths are heated to a temperature of between 38o and 25o degrees providing not only the benefits of the water’s density but also the therapeutic properties of high and low temperatures.
At the Forte Village Thaermae, every wish of our guest can come true: from osteopathic treatments to Shiatsu massage, from water-gym to Jacuzzi baths for individual treatments, lymphodrainage and beauty treatments.
Created in 2003 is the “Mare d’Aloe” pool, which combines the benefits of sea oil with the anti-inflammatory properties of Aloe.
In the Fitness Club of the Forte Village Thaermae, a Personal Trainer is at the disposal of our guests and will guide them into planning the correct training schedule offering assistance in order to assess progress and attain their training targets.
The Fitness Club is totally composed of Technogym equipment which will allows customised training programmes through the Technogym System smart key, a simple tool through which it is possible to download training information and record workout results operating as a data bank..
