The Concept
At Bushmans Kloof, discover the essence and wonders of the reserve, dedicated to conserving and preserving the extraordinary diversity of geology, flora, fauna and rock art in the region.

Enrich yourself with one of the oldest cultures of mankind. Bushmans Kloof is custodian of over 130 rock art sites, painted by South Africa's earliest inhabitants, the San bushmen, who roamed the region as long ago as the Stone Age.

Indigenous wildlife, consisting of over 35 species of mammals - such as the rate Cape Mountain Zebra, Eland and Bontebok - roam freely and share their home with more than 150 kinds of birds, including the majestic African fish eagle and many species of water birds such as the newly introduced Yellow billed ducks.

Spa
The Sanctuary Spa at Bushmans Kloof offers guests a wide variety of exhilarating, restoring and rejuvenating treatments to heal and sooth mind, body and soul. These include Touch Therapies, Skincare treatments, Beauty Salon Services, as well as Spa Body treatments.

Moya and Clarins products are used at the Spa at Bushmans Kloof. Both brands are renowned for their natural, restoring properties that combat the effects of modern environmental influences on the skin.

Unique Touch Therapies , include the signature Hot Stone Body Treatment and Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic massage, Reflexology and full body massage can be enjoyed in nature, either in your room, on your own private veranda or even in some of the cool, rocky shelters that were home to the San thousands of years ago.
