Es Castell: The restaurant’s ample glass façade presents a spectacular view out over Palma and the bay. Chef Jaume Balada serves Spanish-Mediterranean gourmet cuisine in the winter and theme barbecues in the summer. The lavish breakfast buffet features an assortment of choice varieties of tea and coffee. s Ví: This elegant bodega restaurant is entirely in the style of a modern wine cellar,with big glass cabinets to keep the fine wines at the ideal temperature. The wine-list holds some 800 different wines from prime vineyards and vintages the world over, 50 of which are served from the cask. The wine is served with haute-cuisine tapas masterfully prepared by gourmet cook Jordi Calvache. An equally excellent assortment of grappas and brandies rounds out the repast.
Bar Armas: This bar’s claim to world fame is its magnificent terrace with a view of the island, where such notables as Aristotle Onassis and Maria Callas or Gracia Patricia and Prince Rainier of Monaco have lingered. The Bar Armas serves choice delicacies with cava, champagne and a wide range of cocktails.

The Castillo Hotel Son Vida takes pleasure in pampering its guests in every little way.For example, you can have your name printed on stationery and even golf balls to personalise them. You’ll always find fresh flowers in the bathroom, and the chambermaid cleans any shoes deposited in the designated basket. You’ll be treated to small tokens of our esteem at both outdoor pools, one of which is heated: in the afternoon guests are served chilled fruit drinks along with suntan cream and refreshing towels. To make for a relaxed family vacation, the hotel takes good care of your children. On arrival the little ones will find a soft toy to welcome them to their room, and the parents the latest family newsletter with the week’s activities. The Kids Club is accommodated in a separate building with arts & crafts facilities, toys and a cuddle-corner, plus an outdoor playground, climbing-frame, swing, slide and children’s swimming pool. Children from 3 upwards are taken care of here from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.The childcare staff eat with the children at a big table in the restaurant a half an hour before the usual mealtimes. For older kids we offer arts & crafts, various contests,swimming lessons and outings – as well as Playstations. Children can take golf lessons once a week at the Son Muntaner Driving Range.
