The Sahana Spa
The Sahana Spa is set amidst lofty trees of a tropical garden, with gushing waters in around the complex offering sheer luxury and pampering in the privacy of your own suite.
The treatments at the Sahana spa are drawn from age old traditions of natural healing, using priceless essential oils and Sri Lankan herbs which have a long history of healing, combined with time tested holistic therapies - Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Nehydrating Moor muds - are used to caress the body, relax the senses and soothe the soul. The holistic spa experience at the Sahana spa is extraordinary - recognizing and enhancing the oneness of mind and body.
The Sahana Spa, a luxury all suite garden spa offers an array of treatments. Each suite features facilities of a luxury spa and offer treatments in complete privacy.
The Deluxe Suite, set in a water garden, is comprised of an aromatic sauna, steam shower, Jacuzzi, mud bath, treatment room, dining pavilion and relaxation pavilion. The Superior Suite, set in a tropical garden, incorporates its own aromatic sauna, Jacuzzi, mud bath, treatment room and dining pavilion.
Individual music systems are provided in treatment areas, dining pavilions and relaxation pavilion, to complement your spa experience.
A separate treatment area is available for reflexology, pedicure and manicure.
Treatments range in duration from one to four hours and are influenced by a Sri Lankan concept using natural material of therapeutic value. Spa cuisine and a host of healthy beverages could be chosen from the resort's spa menu.
Accommodation
The elegantly furnished suites are housed in two storied beach view villas, which are located on both sides of the rocky headland. The premier suite, the Saman Villa is laid out in two floors. Each suite is designed to give you a sense of reclusiveness. Whatever suite you decide to stay in will not disappoint you, as all of them have been created to ensure you get the best view whether it be dawn or dusk.
